Just walked into the lobby of the Fairmont Orchid in Kona Hawaii!  Love the fact that we will be with our Business Partners that earned this trip for free by simply building their business the way they are supposed to. Who knows someone right now that works for a boss and their boss doesn’t give them a free trip to Hawaii based on their effort? Symmetry does!

Symmetry Global Announces Phillipines Relief Fund

We have all been overwhelmed with grief by the devastation that has recently occurred in the Philippines

As a result, Symmetry announces the creation of the Symmetry Philippines Yolanda Relief Fund. Kevin Gull, President of Symmetry Global stated, “As humans, it is impossible to not be overcome by the tragedy that is unfolding in the Philippines.  Here at Symmetry we are also touched very personally, as Symmetry has a long history and strong presence in the Philippines and our Symmetry family has been affected.  We cannot and will not stand on the sidelines and expect others to help, when the need is so great.  Symmetry and our network of Business Partners will do everything we can to render help and assistance in any way possible.  At times like these, business must take a back seat.  We must do all we can to help those in need.”

This relief fund will work in several ways.  First, Symmetry will make a sizable donation initially to the fund to begin relief efforts immediately.  Second, all donations that normally flow through Symmetry’s existing charitable foundation will be redirected to the relief fund.  Third, $10 from the sale of every LIV-4 Essentials pack and $25 from the sale of a BioAge Monitor will go directly to the relief efforts as well.  To facilitate more money flowing into the fund, the usual restriction of the sale of a BioAge Monitor to Business Partners with the rank of 5K and above is lifted between now and the end of 2013.  Any Business Partner may purchase a monitor at the standard
price.  Symmetry Global will also offer interest-free microloans to anyone in the Symmetry family that has been affected by this devastating storm.

Beyond the ways listed above, direct donations are also strongly encouraged.  Even small donations can purchase a great deal of life-saving supplies.  For example, a donation of only $4.44 will purchase 2 liters of water, 3 kg rice, 2 canned goods and 4 packs of noodles for a family in need.  Any Symmetry Business Partner, Preferred Customer or Retail Customer that would like to donate additional funds to the relief efforts are encouraged to do so in one of two ways:

1. Call customer care (800
796-6387, 800-SYMMETRY) and add additional funds to your orders for November and December.

2. Send a check to Symmetry Global’s headquarters at 308 East 4500 South, Suite 120, Salt Lake City, UT 84107.  Make the check payable to “The Symmetry Philippines Haiyan-Yolanda Relief Fund.”

100% of all donations to this relief fund will be distributed directly by Symmetry Global employees that are based in the Philippines to those in need, ensuring that all the money raised will be spent on those who need it
most.  Symmetry invites every member of the Symmetry family to give generously.

There are two major customer service issues:

1) American Airlines not giving their employees the authority to rectify situations as they occur. Being able to take action to keep your customer loyal is paramount to have at all your employees fingertips.

2) Problems need to be addressed in a timely fashion, Twitter time, not post office time. Our customers know mistakes will happen and will be understanding if we respond to their issue immediately and do everything in our power to make it right.

With today’s social media, if we don’t respond to our customers needs immediately, they will go somewhere else and tell everyone about the poor experience they had with your business.
